Reviews
Wij hadden een online reservering verricht voor de Park & Fly Charleroi Airport van 6 april tot 11 april 2015. Toen wij op het aangekondigde uur ter plaatse kwamen zagen wij dat het parkeerterrein gesloten was, vermoedelijk ingevolge een syndicale actie. Bijgevolg waren wij genoodzaakt om een ander parkeerterrein op te zoeken wat ons 78 euro heeft gekost i.p.v. de vooropgestelde 54 euro. Park & Fly heeft ons vooraf (de dag zelf) niet verwittigd / geïnformeerd over deze vakbondsactie en wij verwijten hen dan ook nalatigheid en het niet nakomen van een bestaand contract. Een klacht nadien heeft uiteraard geen enkel reseltaat opgeleverd.
